When it comes to executing Continuous Live Deployment (CLD) it’s not just about the technical aspects. When I joined a new team once, that already had accomplished those technical aspects of CLD, I noticed that when it comes to Scrum some essential techniques were neglected. Looking at what might be the cause I figured out that some aspects of CLD could be the source of the problem.
