Processes - How Small Teams Accomplish Big Things

September 24, 2015 11:57

At DNSimple a team of seven develops and operates a worldwide network of name servers and ancillary services using a variety of languages including Ruby, Erlang and Go. In this talk I will walk you through the systems we have in place and explain how they have grown organically over time and explain how we operate them today. I'll go through what works, and was has not. In the end you'll have a new level of insight into how a small distributed team can operate a complex system while still being able to sleep at night.
